Welcome to Karibu Music Studio!

Located in the quiet suburb in Pretoria East, this studio offers everything you are looking when it comes to piano teaching.

The studio is managed by Russian-born Yulia Albertovna Olivier.
She completed the A.K. Glazunov Children’s Music School (cum laude) while she lived in St Petersburg.
Her piano training then continued in Trondheim, Norway, where she attended the Music School for Talented Children, before relocating to South Africa,
where she was taught under the well-known teachers, such as Liezel-Maret Jacobs, June Theron, Josef Standford, Ruth Gouveia and Bryan Wallick.
In that period she has won in numerous eisteddfods under various categories and has performed in various concerts.
She also holds a distinction in Grade 8 UNISA and has completed her Bachelor of Music at the University of Pretoria.

Yulia has been teaching piano ever since she has obtained her qualification, as part of the school extra-curricular and as a private service.
Additionally, she held a permanent position of organist, pianist and choir conductor at St Francis of Assisi for over 5 years, where she still plays occasionally.
